Ormond Studios is delighted to present ‘JUST DO IT’ by Avril Corroon, recipient of our 2014 Graduate Residency Award. This exhibition is comprised of a context-specific video installation, the result of a six-week residency in the studios.
Avril Corroon graduated in 2014 from the National College of Art and Design where she studied Fine Art Media. She has exhibited both nationally and internationally at Foundation 14, Catalyst Arts, Pit Groningen and Muenster Kunstakadamie. Corroon has also recently received the Foundation 14 Undergraduate Award. She has also been shortlisted for the Undergraduate Award 2014.

‘JUST DO IT’ was subsequently nominated for the 2015 PLASTIK award curated by LUX Critical Forum Dublin.)
